The construction
project, Las Brisas de Playa Hermosa was created by Jean Pierre
Miller, a Canadian who, twelve years ago, decided to exchange the cold
Canadian winter for the eternal summer of the Costa Rican beaches.
After enjoying
a few years in this wonderful country, he recognised the need for
high end accommodations in the Playa Hermosa area. His dream was to
share a little bit of the ¨Paradise¨ he had discovered
with families who are looking for a safe, calm and beautiful place
to live and with others who want to invest in a great vacation getaway.
The result is
the Las Brisas complex in Guanacaste.
He and his
daughter's attention to detail during design, construction and
completion ensured compliance with the high quality standards
required by both Costa Rican law and the lifestyle of his customers.
Together they created beautiful terraces, gardens, pools, indoor spaces and
the unique look of each condo and villa.
Today, Jean
Pierre, his family, his friends and other investors are part of this
small gated community.
